Access Arrival is at the rear of the property, turn in alongside the property and you will find the allocated parking space adjacent to the back door. Entry is via a key safe. Once in the property you will find the front door keys and household manual and a little welcome surprise!

Parking At the rear of the property is off-road parking for one car (additional restriction free parking available on surrounding residential roads)

Boot Room / Utility Here you’ll find: 2 washing machines, 2 tumble dryers, airing rack, sink, additional freezer, beach bags with beach towels, folding beach chairs, windbreaks, picnic hamper, barbecue, plus bucket and spade, etc!

Kitchen Across the hallway from the sitting room is the superb 27ft kitchen/dining room which is just perfect for family time, again with sea views from a bay aspect window. The kitchen is fitted with a gas hob, electric fan oven, combination microwave, large freestanding fridge/freezer (2” ice cubes for G&Ts!). It also benefits from an abundance of preparation areas and a breakfast bar with seating, ample crockery, silverware and glassware. kitchen utensils and gadgets.

Sitting Room The sitting room is bright with a vibrant feel and sea views from the bay aspect window. Amenities include: a smart television, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, board games, jigsaw puzzles, books, local maps and guides, plus a Sonos player

Cloakroom The downstairs cloakroom is off the hallway

Garden Sit around the bistro table in the front garden and watch the world go by, or relax in the enclosed private courtyard with a large table and chairs

The staircase leads up to the first floor with access to the bedrooms and family bathroom

Dogs Very well behaved dogs are welcome - cost £20.00 per dog per stay (max 2 dogs)

Babies Cots and highchairs, etc. will be provided upon request

Bikes Your bikes can be securely stored in the Boot Room

Barbecue There is a barbecue for your use stored in the Boot Room

Smoking 39RM is a smoke-free house. We supply a sand bucket in the garden for cigarette butts if you wish you may smoke outdoors

House Keeping Additional housekeeping services can be arranged during your stay and charged accordingly

Security deposit £250.00 per stay

COVID-19 Antibacterial spray, disinfectant, hand wash and paper towels will be provided. The property will be cleaned and sanitised thoroughly before your stay.
